Celeste asked:

Does gender enter into and effect every aspect of a person, their decisions and their life?

============

I don't think rationality or emotions are particularly affected by gender. Decisions are based on
reasons and desires, so gender has very little effect. There are feminists who claim that women are
completely different from men, maternal and nurturing, and this would supposedly lead them to live
their lives quite differently from men since they would have different needs and desires and reasons
for decision-making. There might be a tiny element of truth in this, but I can't think of any women I
know who are driven by a need to nurture in any way that contrasts with men.
